Craft Juice Tuesday - Something Blue & A Bunny!

Here are my pics for Craft Juice Tuesday.  I would love to be organised and  to have a theme, so closest I could get was that they all contain something blue and there is a bunny which is just cute. Ok I tried,

Alice in Wonderland OOAK Beaded Mixed Media by faerymoongoddess - Who doesn't love Alice? Especially when she is surrounded by this collection of beautiful coloured beads.

Set of 4 Bunny Rabbit Tile Coasters by ruthie5573 on Etsy - This bunny is soo cute!  Reminds me of my house bunny Sooty when she was a baby, how quickly they grow.

Last in Series White Rabbit oh my ears & whiskers how late!

So this is the last in the series of Alice characters and features the White Rabbit looking at his watch and saying oh my ears and whiskers how late, sounds like me in the morning!  All 3 are now available in my Folksy Or Etsy shop depending where you like to shop.

I have really enjoyed this series as it has kickstarted my machine embroidery mania again.  I have other ideas in the pipeline so you will have to wait and see!  Hope you all have a lovely weekend.

Alice - I wish I could shrink!

Ok here she is a little later than scheduled the Alice bag in the Alice in Wonderland character series.  A slight technical hitch means that this bag is a little different from the previous in that it is flapless!  My fly by the seat of your pants style of designing means that unfortunately my fingers move faster than my brain and it was only when I was about to build the bag up that I realised there was no room for the flap or a button, doh!  So lets just call it a happy accident and if anyone asks I will say that is how I meant it to be from the beginning.  You won't tell anyone will you?  Both bags are now available in both my Folksy & Etsy shops so to please those of you who shop in Dollars or Pounds!  Also, could do with some love in my Etsy shop if you are passing!

Mad Hatter bag - Do you care for tea?

As promised here is the Mad Hatter bag based on the machine embroidery I was doing yesterday.  It is a cute little bag 9 x 8" just right for purse, phone and keys.  Alice one coming up next....

I am taking part in the Secret Easter Bunny on Craft Forum so am doing some head scratching trying to find some information about the recipient of my present.  Not having much luck with the stalking at the moment, would ask for help but can't tell you who it is top secret, shhh!

Alice In Wonderland & A Blog Award

So today has been a really productive day and in turn a more positive one than Monday, however, that probably was not difficult to achieve!  This morning I spent machine embroidering some Alice pictures and I had forgotten how much I enjoy doing that, it is like drawing with your machine.  However, all did not quite go to plan as I cut the fabric too close around the picture, ho hum, this is what I like to call a happy accident so I am now planning on doing a few more and will applique them onto a larger bag, tomorrows project!  However, the little bag I have cut out is going to be very cute will show you that tomorrow.  Anyhoo, here are my first two Alice embroideries.

Also, on checking my blog this morning discovered that I had been given an award by the lovely Marie over at Vintage Inspired Accessories.  I have been lucky enough to have been awarded the sunshine blog a few times and I do appreciate everyone who gave it, thank you!  So here is my award from Marie and there are no rules about who to pass it on to, however, I do have a few wonderful blogs in mind so will announce that tomorrow.  Hope you all having a lovely week so far, ciao!
